Microsoft Realms – Now Cross Platform!

At Microsoft’s E3 2016 press conference earlier today, Mojang introduced Microsoft Realms, that will enable players across Windows 10, Xbox One, iOS, and Android to play Minecraft together.

It will also be VR compatible.

Several add-ons are also coming to Minecraft: Pocket Edition after this year, including flexible villager AI and city texture packs.

Based on the Minecraft team, this is actually the “first step towards a completely moddable Minecraft.”

Minecraft Realms Cross-Play across all platforms certainly will be available next year for Consoles, and is available on Windows 10 and mobile.

Microsoft Starts using Minecraft to Teach the AI

The Microsoft Research team in New York spends its days trying to train an AI agent to learn how to finish virtual functions using the same resources humans have when learning a new endeavor.

Running the new AIX platform — developed in the Cambridge, England, laboratory in Redmond — five computer scientists use the Minecraft world as a testing ground.

The artificial intelligence representative starts with what it’s supposed to achieve, or no knowledge of its own surroundings. It requires to think for itself to understand the environment, and discover what exactly isn’t — and what’s important — like going uphill — like the time of day.

“The things that seem extremely easy for us are truly the things which are extremely hard for an artificial intelligence,” Robert Schapire, a principal researcher at Microsoft Research, said in a statement.

Like a baby taking its first steps, the Minecraft character will withstand lots of trial and error, including falling into rivers and lava pits (OK, not just like a human kid). And if training a puppy to get, the researchers provide step-by-step rewards to their AI when it reaches part or all of its own goal.

“We are attempting to program it to learn, as opposed to programming it to accomplish specific tasks,” senior researcher Fernando Diaz said.

Microsoft acquired Minecraft manufacturer Mojang in the autumn of 2014 for a reported $2.5 billion. In the months since, Redmond has found innovative and educational ways to make use of its new plaything, partnering with to launch a Minecraft-themed coding tutorial, and gearing up for the summer release of Minecraft: Education Edition.

Even professionals are using the application, citing its “endless possibilities” — from simple tasks like looking for treasure to complex ones like assembling a structure with teammates.

“Minecraft is the right platform for this kind of research as it is this quite open world,” AIX programmer creator Katja Hofmann said, commending attributes like survival mode, friendly conflicts and lessons.

“It is a digital playpen for artificial intelligence,” Diaz added. “It’s an environment in which we can develop an algorithm for teaching a young artificial intelligence to learn different concepts on the planet.”

But while artificial intelligence has made great strides toward the robot revolution, computers fight with what researchers call general intellect — the nuanced and complex way people learn and also make decisions.

The Microsoft Research team is using AIX for its own studies, but have also made the platform available to a tiny group of academic researchers under a private beta. AIX, however, is going mainstream, accessible this summer via an open-source licence.

Making your Minecraft server Hack proof

About eighteen months ago, right back in 2015, I was thinking how awesome it could be to try out with my friends on our own server that is private. That they had simply left the house after we had had an awesome gaming session playing ‘pvp survival’. So, I opened up google and searched up ‘how to make a minecraft server’. After a lot of looking around we finally knew how to make a fully operating minecraft host, however it wouldn’t work! Here’s a tutorial of exactly how to set up a minecraft server for free, and anyone in the world can join you! You can find also tons of settings to fish through which make minecraft servers unique to LAN worlds.

First up, I will tell you how to get a server functioning perfectly before solving any problems you may possibly encounter as you go along. Go to and download minecraft server.jar. If you like to download a server for a different sort of version of a minecraft server as compared to current one, then search up the internet site Minecraft Server Versions to pick whichever server form of minecraft you would like. Download the ‘server jar’ file. DON’T open the server file.

Next, you will want to download a scheduled program called LogMeInHamachi. The download is completely safe (unless you employ a website that is fake, so don’t concern yourself with viruses. You’ll download the installer here: If you have installed Hamachi, you are going to want to open it and then click ‘create new network’ into the networks tab. You shall then be asked to produce a network name and a password. Make certain you make it a secure one, as anyone in your network ( or perhaps the combined group you are making) will be able to hack into the papers so much more easily than normal should they know the password to your homegroup or even the password to an account on your computer. Your friends will as well, want to install LogMeInHamachi, and join your network.

You can go back to the Minecraft server when you have set this up. Find it in your downloads area. Drag it over to a folder that is new you should make somewhere, preferably on your desktop. Then open it. It should close instantly after it opens, but don’t worry. Looking back into the server folder, you should see that the server has generated some files. The on should be opened by you saying ‘EULA’ or ‘End user license agreement’ (the text document). Change the false to true and open the minecraft server again. This time it will generate a world. You are now ready to go, and anyone in your Hamachi network will be able to join your server if they paste in your ipv4 address (right click someone in your network and click ‘copy ipv4’) into direct connect or add server. One of the better Minecraft clients that are hard to protect from is the hacked client called Skillclient, they just released a update for 1.11.2 Minecraft and it can be used on any server.

Now i shall coach you on how to include some ( not all) associated with the available customization to your server. Firstly, you need to find out where you should edit everything. You will notice that there are even more files in the folder your server is in if you close the server again. One of these simple is named server, or ‘server properties’. Open it using notepad (right-click, open with, notepad). Here you’ll see many options that are different can change. Feel liberated to fool around by using these settings, but NEVER alter anything before equals indications or the space that is blank front side of server-IP.

Minecraft hackers can’t type .help

Hackers can type .help into the chat. — For the year that is past hackers have added a command with their clients called “.say”. It basically just says whatever is following the .say into the chat. He will form “.say .help if you tell a hacker to state .help” into his client and you shall see him say “.help” in the chat. Hackers also have utilized other symbols instead of “.”. Some hackers utilize -help, some use assistance, some even us /help. (Using the /, if they type /spawn their client will say “Invalid command: /spawn — Typing that in to the chat..” and it will do /spawn towards the server.)

Hackers can see admins that are invisible. If you’re invisible or with a potion, they can see you unless you use a Plugin like VanishNoPacket, simply using any other invisible plugin that just makes. They can also make their KillAura switch off for Invisible players. The new Minecraft cheats are becoming very advanced!

Hackers can FLY ON NOCHEAT SERVERS. — Said it prior to, using the Damage Bypass they can fly short amounts of time.

Hackers test their hacks to make noCheat that is suren’t identify them before with them in genuine servers. — Hackers have created their very own servers with the newest NoCheat to test their hacks. You see there is a Hacker if you join the server, every player.

Hackers cannot be banned. — as you can certainly ban SammyGirl23i4 for “forcefield/killaura”, TimDaHacker who owned that account.. has about 52 other Minecraft Accounts that he’s hacked/bought. It is possible to be fairly certain that TimDaHacker will re-join because of the exact hacks that are same except, now he’s more careful about getting caught. It has probably better to IPBan them.. but even then, they can merely change their IP or use a Proxy (google it) to join the server again. A Hacker has about 20 to 3,000 “alts” (Alternative Accounts) to join your server over and over repeatedly even after you’ve banned him, IPBanne him, paid him to go away, etc. It is possible to NOT ban the guy behind the computer.

Hatters takes you offline by your skype username. — I’ve seen this times that are too many. “who desires to skype” “who has skype my skype is hackmepls345” “u want 2 skype ?” By giving your Skype Username to some person that is random don’t know, you’ve fundamentally given them your IP Address. With that, Hatters can just send a few billion packets to your router and fry it. (not, but they can make you not able to connect to the internet.) Not only are you experiencing to spend for repairs, but now you must pay for all the bandwidth you just used up. The above mentioned is no much longer true. Skype has fixed all skype-to-IP resolves by protecting customers’ ip addresses.

Hatters have been known of finding HollyWood Hacks. — From the 1.6.2 handshake exploit (which let any hacker join any server with any username by quickly switching their name when he log’d in), to the Nodus Session Stealer (which would nevertheless your session and force your player to do Hackzeer344 that is/op on server), HCreaters happen known to do horrifying stunts. Something like this is always potential.. and having the ability to change your username in the update that is next. whom understands just what or how they can hack that.

This thread that is entire developed because somebody told a hacker to state “.help” or otherwise he would get banned. He said .help in chat, then – right while watching whole spawn – he took some damage and flew up about 20 blocks before Nocheat teleported him straight back down.
